At DECALSY, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned once produced or shipped.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or our production partners.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change color, size, or personalization of your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@decalsy.com.

If your item has not yet been produced, we will update it free of charge.

If the order is confirmed but not yet produced, cancellation is possible for a €15 cancellation fee.

If the item has been produced but not yet shipped, we can offer a 60% refund.

If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Double-check your bank or payment account.

Contact your credit card provider — it may take several days before your refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@decalsy.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
